Ventro Group has acquired R.D. Jukes & Co, adding a family-run electrical contractor with expertise in critical power and compliance systems to its business.
Founded in 1968, R.D. Jukes & Co of the United Kingdom, employs 29 people and has annual revenues of £6m (~$8.2M USD). The company works across mains infrastructure, power distribution and complex electrical systems, including standby power, UPS and IPS solutions for critical environments.
Its services also include emergency lighting, electrical testing and compliance work, as well as specialist NHS systems such as nurse call and life-safety systems.
Ventro Group said the deal strengthens its ability to provide integrated building compliance services by adding specialist electrical engineering capability to its broader compliance offer.
