Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, has announced that its portfolio company, PestCo Holdings, LLC, has acquired the assets of Long Pest Control Inc. (Long Pest). Long Pest, founded in 1979 and based in Tacoma, Washington, has developed a strong reputation for providing comprehensive pest control services to both residential and commercial customers.
This acquisition serves to expand PestCo’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, particularly in the greater Seattle region, which is described as a dynamic and growing market for pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
