Team First Acquires Holloway Plumbing in Texas Hill Country

2026-09-23 6:49 am

Team First Home Services has expanded its Texas footprint through a partnership with Holloway Plumbing, bringing the residential plumbing platform into Kerrville and nearby Texas Hill Country communities.

‍

The deal gives Team First a second named Texas partner. The platform had previously invested in Halls Rooter & Plumbing in Midland, and the Holloway transaction extends its presence to the Kerrville area.

‍

Kerrville-area business keeps local name

Holloway Plumbing provides residential plumbing services in Kerrville and surrounding Hill Country communities. Following the partnership, the company will continue operating under the Holloway Plumbing name.

‍

Its service offerings include water heater installation and repair, sewer services, water treatment, and pipe repairs. Public contractor listings also identify Holloway as serving Kerrville and nearby communities.

‍

Holloway’s revenue, employee count, or the value of the transaction were not disclosed.

‍

Team First’s expansion model

Team First Home Services launched in 2025 as a residential services platform focused on plumbing, sewer, water, and related home services. Backed by Grove Mountain Partners, the company works with owner-led plumbing businesses while keeping local brands in place and providing additional resources and capital to support operations and growth.

‍

Team First continues to seek partnerships with residential plumbing companies across the United States. Its approach centers on adding established local operators rather than replacing their market identities.

‍

The Holloway partnership is another example of consolidation among residential plumbing businesses. It also shows Team First building out its Texas network through regional partnerships, with named partners now in Midland and the Texas Hill Country. Financial terms of the overall deal were also not disclosed.
