Home Services Startup Snabbit Secures $56 Million in Series D Funding

Typically, I cover acquisitions and mergers of home service businesses in the United States. But this news caught my attention, and I believe it will catch yours as well. Not all home service businesses start from a technician wanting to go out on his or her own, starting their new business by servicing friends and family, and growing via referrals. Sometimes, they start out with big money investors realizing there is an under-served market. Snabbit is that type of business, in India.

Bengaluru-based quick home services platform Snabbit has successfully raised $56 million in its Series D funding round. This latest investment positions the company for even more rapid growth in India's home services sector. They refer to it as home-services on demand, similar to Task Rabbit or Handy here in the U.S.

The Series D round was co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Mirae Asset Venture Investments, and Bertelsmann India Investments. Additional participation came from Nexus Venture Partners, Lightspeed, and FJ Labs. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the new funding round values Snabbit at approximately $390 million, though Founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal declined to comment on the valuation.

This funding arrives just six months after Snabbit's previous round and brings its total capital raised to $112 million. The company noted that the funds will be utilized to enhance its unit economics, expand its operational infrastructure, and enter new markets. They will still adhere to their hyperlocal execution strategy.

Currently, Snabbit handles over 40,000 jobs daily across five cities and reported surpassing one million monthly jobs in March 2026. Its growth has been fueled by repeat demand and a focus on dense micromarket operations. The platform works with a network of more than 15,000 service professionals and highlights high-frequency household services, including cleaning and cooking, as its core offerings.

The company is targeting India's largely unorganized home services market, which is estimated to be worth over $60 billion. Despite currently low digital penetration, the market is expected to grow as urban demand for convenience-driven services continues to rise.

Snabbit is positioning itself to create a strong foothold in this burgeoning industry. With this latest funding boost, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for streamlined home services in urban India.
