Sid Harvey Industries Inc., a prominent distributor in the HVACR industry, has announced the acquisition of W.L. Engler Co., a well-established distributor serving the Chicago and Kankakee, Illinois, regions since 1979. The move strengthens Sid Harvey’s presence in these markets and broadens its reach in the HVAC sector.
Both W.L. Engler locations will remain operational under the new ownership, with their experienced staff continuing to serve customers, according to a press release from Sid Harvey Industries. W.L. Engler’s customers will now benefit from access to an expanded product line and Sid Harvey’s national distribution network.
