This acquisition is expected to strengthen Saber Power’s service offerings by integrating civil construction expertise with its existing engineering and electrical infrastructure solutions.

The company specializes in building substation and switchyard foundations, providing piling services, and offering other foundation solutions critical to industrial and grid infrastructure development. Operating across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Mississippi, Bounds Construction II has built a solid client base in utility, industrial, and energy infrastructure markets.
The acquisition allows Saber Power to bring critical civil construction services in-house, enhancing its ability to self-perform early-phase work on electrical infrastructure projects. This integration is aimed at improving project timelines, cost efficiency, and overall execution.
