Riverview Landscapes has acquired Labadini Corporation, a commercial landscaping and snow management company based in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, adding the business to its Boston Metro West branch in New England.
The deal marks Riverview's 26th acquisition since the company was founded in 2022, according to the announcement released on Business Wire, Jul 13, 2026 earlier this week.
Labadini Corporation traces its history to 1953, when Kevin’s grandfather Phillip Labadini started the business. Kevin’s father Robert later ran the company with his brothers Ronald and Richard. Robert continued until he sold the business to Kevin in 1995. In recent years, Kevin, supported by key team members Lori Labadini Iagallo and Patrick Pereirra, shifted the company from a landscape construction-focused business to a recurring landscape maintenance model.
Liam Burrell, CFO of Riverview Landscapes, had this to say of the acquisition:

Riverview said Labadini Corp.'s Shrewsbury facility will continue serving customers with support from the Boston Metro West branch's operations in Hudson, about 20 minutes away. Operations Manager Patrick Pereirra and Account Manager Lori Iagallo will remain with Riverview to provide continuity for customers and support the branch's growth.
In addition to its New England operations, Riverview operates throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The company provides landscaping and snow services to thousands of customers throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, with over 800 employees.
