ORS Nasco, a leading wholesaler of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products, has successfully acquired assets from AD Member Supply unit and Alliance Distribution Partners. These acquisitions are part of the company's ongoing expansion strategy and aim to strengthen its presence in key industrial markets.
The inclusion of AD Member Supply and Alliance Distribution Partners brings complementary capabilities to ORS Nasco’s distribution platform. AD Member Supply, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, specializes in bearings and power transmission products, offering both branded and private label solutions. Alliance Distribution Partners, based in Hendersonville, Tennessee, provides products for the industrial and welding sectors, including welding, safety, plumbing, janitorial supplies, chemicals, and abrasives. Alliance also operates a warehouse in Franklin, Kentucky, and supplies over 300,000 products sourced from approximately 200 brands, including a dedicated segment for Duracell batteries distributed to retail outlets.
With these acquisitions, ORS Nasco is expanding its product portfolio and supplier relationships while increasing its market density across major U.S. industrial regions. These moves deepen the company's focus on power transmission and welding, ultimately enhancing its ability to deliver value-added solutions to distributor customers. This transaction marks another step in ORS Nasco’s strategic growth plan since its acquisition by private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital in August 2024. Under Wynnchurch Capital’s ownership, ORS Nasco has completed four acquisitions to expand its scale and capabilities.
