LMC Landscape Partners Completes Two Transactions

2026-10-15 7:50 am

LMC Landscape Partners, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners and a leading commercial landscaping platform serving the southeast and southwest United States, has successfully completed two strategic transactions that strengthen the company’s presence in Greater Houston and establish its operations in Central Florida.

‍

LMC has added experienced landscape professionals, customer relationships, and operational resources from Nash Landscaping in Houston, while LMC has acquired Helping Hand Lawn Care, a full-service commercial landscaping company serving Central Florida.

‍

The inclusion of Nash Landscaping and Helping Hand brings complementary capabilities to LMC’s commercial landscaping platform. Nash Landscaping, based in Greater Houston, strengthens LMC Houston’s existing market presence and enhances its ability to serve customers throughout the region while providing continuity for Nash’s existing customers and employees. Helping Hand Lawn Care, a Central Florida-based commercial landscaping company, has built a strong reputation for quality service and long-standing client relationships, providing commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, pest control, installation and enhancements, and tree care. Helping Hand will continue operating under its existing brand, with its employees and leadership joining LMC’s Florida operations under the leadership of Regional Vice President Steven Brackin.

‍

With these transactions, LMC is building density in a priority market while thoughtfully entering a new one, extending its ability to deliver high-quality commercial landscape services across the southeast and southwest. The acquisition of Helping Hand establishes LMC’s presence in Central Florida and provides a strong foundation for continued growth in the market, while the addition of Nash Landscaping strengthens the capabilities of LMC Houston. Speaking about the impact of the transactions, Trey Brock, Chief Executive Officer of LMC Landscape Partners, stated:

‍

“These transactions reflect exactly how we intend to grow: by building density in priority markets and partnering with talented local teams that have earned the trust of their customers. Nash strengthens the capabilities of LMC Houston, while Helping Hand gives us a strong entry point into the Central Florida market. In both cases, our focus is the same — support the people closest to the customer, preserve what has made these businesses successful, and provide the resources to create long-term opportunity for employees and clients.”

‍

The partnerships reflect a shared focus on strong customer relationships, quality service, and long-term investment in the teams that have built both businesses. Reflecting on the new chapter for the Houston business, Jason McNabb of Nash Landscaping remarked:

‍

“I’m excited about what this next chapter means for our employees and clients. LMC Houston shares our commitment to strong relationships and great service, and I’m confident our team is in good hands.”

‍

Reginald Pinard, Helping Hand’s Vice President of Operations, commented on the Central Florida expansion:

‍

“We are excited to join LMC and begin this next chapter with a partner that values our people, our clients, and what we have built. This partnership gives our team additional resources and opportunities while allowing us to continue serving our clients as Helping Hand.”

‍

LMC continues to build strong regional operations across Texas, Florida, and Alabama while investing in the people, resources, and capabilities needed to support long-term, sustainable growth across its platform.

‍

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, LMC Landscape Partners supports founder- and family-owned commercial landscaping companies by providing capital and shared services to accelerate growth. LMC’s partnership model allows companies to maintain their reputations, cultures, and legacies while benefiting from the resources and operational support of a broader organization. The company actively seeks founder-owned companies throughout the southeast and southwest United States as it continues to build regional density across its priority markets.

‍

Trivest Partners, headquartered in Miami with additional offices in Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto, is a private investment firm with approximately $6 Billion in assets under management that focuses exclusively on the support and growth of founder-led and family-owned businesses across North America, in both control and non-control transactions.

‍

Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
