The acquisition also includes PROW Brothers' affiliated brands: Hometown Heating & Cooling in Eddyville and T&G Heating & Air in Henderson.
The acquired businesses, led by Tony Moore, boast over 100 years of combined experience serving the Western Kentucky region. The companies operate across multiple markets, including Madisonville, Owensboro, Eddyville, and Henderson.
