The acquisitions mark a key milestone in LaunchPad’s national expansion strategy, establishing a strong foothold in the New England region.
RJ Home Inspections, founded in 1987, serves the Greater Boston area and broader New England and has built a reputation for its certified inspectors and dependable service. Sherwood Inspection Services, with over 40 years of history, is a trusted name in Connecticut, known for its commitment to integrity, professionalism, and lasting relationships within the community.

As part of the acquisition of RJ Home Inspections, owner Adam Wright has joined LaunchPad as the Regional Leader for the newly established Northeast division. Wright will spearhead operations and growth in the region, starting with the integration of RJ and Sherwood.
