Landscape Workshop has announced its growth in Florida with the acquisition of two established landscaping companies: Ginkgo Landcare, based in Tampa, and Lucky Landscaping, operating in Naples. These acquisitions aim to strengthen Landscape Workshop's presence across the state and expand its service capabilities.

Ginkgo Landcare, founded by CEO Charlie Turner, has become part of the Landscape Workshop team. Turner will serve as a member of the company's operations team, and all current Ginkgo employees will transition to Landscape Workshop.
"Charlie has built a strong commercial landscaping business, and we are pleased to welcome the Ginkgo team to Landscape Workshop", said J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. "This acquisition strengthens our Tampa operations, adds an experienced leader to our team, and reflects our commitment to partnering with businesses that share our focus on relationships and service quality."
Turner expressed optimism about the acquisition, stating: "Joining Landscape Workshop allows us to scale our service capabilities while maintaining the high quality of service that our customers expect. I’m proud of what our team has created at Ginkgo and look forward to building on that foundation with Landscape Workshop."

The acquisition of Lucky Landscaping marks another key milestone in Landscape Workshop’s expansion in Florida. Founder and CEO Austyn Roth has taken on an ambassador role within the company, and all Lucky Landscaping employees will integrate into the Landscape Workshop team.
"We’re excited to partner with Austyn and the Lucky team as we continue expanding Landscape Workshop’s footprint across Florida", said Price. "This partnership establishes our first presence in the Jupiter market and complements our existing operations in Naples. Lucky’s leadership team and operational strength make them a great fit as we grow throughout the state."
Roth echoed this sentiment, highlighting shared values and growth potential: "Joining Landscape Workshop was a natural next step for Lucky Landscaping. We share a common commitment to our customers, our people, and building a company with a long-term mindset. With Landscape Workshop’s scale and support, we’re positioned to accelerate growth in Jupiter and Naples while continuing to deliver the high standards our clients know us for."
Landscape Workshop, which operates in 43 markets across the Southeastern United States, is supported by Ares Management Corporation. The company is recognized as a significant player in the industry, ranking No. 27 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list. With its recent acquisitions in Tampa and Naples, Landscape Workshop continues its commitment to expanding its reach via acquisitions and maintaining its dedication to high-quality service throughout the region.
