Kickcharge Creative Acquires Jumpspark

2026-08-28 7:51 am

KickCharge Creative, a New Jersey branding and digital marketing agency focused on the home services industry, has acquired Jumpspark, a wrap installation and fleet management company serving the trades.

KickCharge has spent more than 30 years building brands for home service companies. Jumpspark manages fleet operations and provides customized leasing strategies and vehicle management intended to reduce that burden for business owners.

The acquisition brings together branding, digital marketing, wrap installation, and fleet management under a single service line. KickCharge is aiming to move clients from brand development to real-world execution under one roof. This acquisition of Jumpspark will add fleet-wrapping capabilities and a nationwide network of installers. Terri Lynne Briggs, president and chief operating officer of KickCharge, said:

"With JumpSpark as part of the KickCharge family, we can bring your brand full circle—from the way it’s built to the way your fleet is managed, maintained and seen on the road. A company's fleet is one of its most visible and valuable assets."

Dan Antonelli, founder and CEO of KickCharge, commented,

"We are no longer just building brands for our clients. We are giving them the tools they need to excel in all aspects of their business, including fleet management."

The deal reflects a push to offer home service businesses fewer vendors and tighter consistency from brand to road.

The companies announced the deal on 17 August 2026. Terms were not disclosed.
