Juniper Landscaping, headquartered in Fort Myers, is strengthening its presence in the Southeast with its latest acquisition of Hilton Head Landscapes, a company specializing in landscape maintenance and installation services in South Carolina’s Lowcountry region.
This acquisition further bolsters Juniper Landscaping’s expansion strategy following its 2024 purchase of Davis Landscaping. By adding Hilton Head Landscapes to its portfolio, Juniper is enhancing its foothold in the Sunbelt markets, a region known for its landscaping industry growth.
Hilton Head Landscapes, which was founded by Nicholas Welliver, serves both commercial and residential customers in coastal South Carolina. They handle landscape design, installations, maintenance, irrigation, and hardscaping.
Juniper Landscaping is a portfolio company of Bregal Partners. Juniper performs full-service landscape design, builds, maintenance, and management, servicing the Southeast. Their family of companies includes Juniper, Davis Landscape, LMP, Elegant, Shooter & Lindsey, Rip’s, Yohe’s, Aquatic Weeds, and now Hilton Head Landscapes. In a statement, the company emphasized that the recent deal "supports its strategy of growing in high-growth Sunbelt markets and expanding service capabilities across the Southeast."
