JP McHale Pest Management, an Anticimex Company, has acquired All Pest Solutions in a deal that closed on May 26, 2026, according to an announcement from The Aust Group, which represented All Pest Solutions as exclusive financial advisor.
The acquisition brings All Pest Solutions into the JP McHale family and further strengthens JP McHale’s presence across New York and New Jersey.
All Pest Solutions was founded in 2006 by Scott Soltis after he gained several years of experience in the pest control industry. The company serves high-end commercial clients throughout New York and New Jersey and has built a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality pest management services. Under Soltis’s leadership, the company became a trusted provider in its markets over the past 20 years.
Soltis described the sale process as a major milestone for a business owner and praised the advisory work behind the transaction:
