HighPoint Exterior Home Services, a platform of local residential roofing and exterior services brands backed by private equity sponsor Lake Street Capital Partners, LP, has announced a partnership with Five Points Roofing Company, a locally owned and operated full-service residential roofing company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. The partnership marks HighPoint's strategic entry into Tennessee and further expands the platform's leadership position in the Southeastern United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Logan Hughes in 2010, Five Points Roofing specializes in roof replacement and restoration services, delivering turnkey insurance claims management as well as flexible retail solutions to homeowners and businesses across the greater Nashville Metropolitan area. Mr. Hughes is supported by a strong, experienced management team led by President: Matt Wilson, VP of Business Development: Clay Watson, Chief of Staff: Jennifer George, and Controller: Lacey Baxter. With deep community ties and the collective dedication of the management team, Five Points has developed an exceptional reputation for continuously delivering the highest levels of craftsmanship and customer service across a 15+ year history.
With this partnership, HighPoint is expanding its geographic footprint into one of the most active real estate markets in the country while preserving the brand and local culture that have driven Five Points' success. The addition strengthens HighPoint's ability to serve homeowners across the Southeast and provides strategic expansion from its current footprint in North Carolina into Tennessee.
