AXN Growth Partners has announced its acquisition of Adventure Pest and Wildlife, a northern Arizona-based provider of pest control, wildlife removal, and weed management services. This marks AXN’s eleventh acquisition in Arizona over the past two years as the company continues to grow its regional presence.
Adventure Pest and Wildlife, founded in 2017, serves both residential and commercial customers in northern Arizona. The deal highlights AXN Growth Partners’ ongoing commitment to expanding its service footprint in the state. While financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the partnership is expected to bring additional resources to Adventure Pest and Wildlife.
