Arbor Alliance, an Atlanta-based tree care services provider backed by Caravel Capital, has successfully acquired Druid Tree Service, a Nashville-based tree care company. The acquisition marks Arbor Alliance's expansion into Tennessee and reinforces the platform's continued growth strategy across the Southeast.
Founded in 1978, Druid Tree Service operates across Middle Tennessee, serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Nashville metropolitan area. Over nearly five decades, the company has built a strong reputation for arboricultural expertise, safety, and dependable customer service. Under Arbor Alliance's ownership, day-to-day operations will be led by a newly appointed ISA Certified Master Arborist, and the company will continue to serve all existing customers under the Druid Tree Service name, with the same production crews and commitment to excellence that have defined the business.
With this acquisition, Arbor Alliance is expanding its footprint into one of the Southeast's most dynamic growth markets while preserving the local brand, expertise, and customer relationships that have made Druid successful. Nashville represents a strategically important market for the platform, offering strong residential and commercial demand for professional tree care services.

Earlier this year, Arbor Alliance expanded its Texas footprint through the acquisition of Thornton's Tree Service, a market leader with a 35-year track record based in Abilene.
